Migraine, in simple terms is a serious chronic headache. It may be accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light and / or noise. Sometimes a migraine can be debilitating. An aura can be seen as a precursor or warning sign that a migraine is about to begin. The aura may take the form of flashing lights, or tingling in the arms and legs. Riboflavin, CoenzymeQ10 and magnesium are useful in relieving migraine and the onset of migraine auras. The shops have homeopathic combinations. Remember to check with your doctor or pharmacist before using herbs. This will prevent any interaction with other medications you take.
